Salary: £37, - £44,
Hours: 36 per week
The salary package is enhanced by a minimum of 32 days leave per year rising to a maximum of 40 days per year dependant on pro-rata, continuous service, generous employer pension contributions and numerous employee benefits, such as Green Car scheme, Cycle to work, Lifestyle savings and Gym membership.
MAJOR TASKS/JOB ACTIVITIES:
1. Leading the service provision through all phases to the point of delivery and beyond
2. Organise, plan and deliver services to meet with the agreed service level agreement
3. Input into creation of work plans, workflows, staffing and schedules.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, legislation and site operating procedures in relation to soft services.
5. Implement and devise service delivery protocols to ensure the smooth running of sites whilst adhering to the services requirements.
6. Be proactive and initiate innovative methods to increase the efficiency of the service.
7. Management and coordination of sub-contractors whilst on site ensuring adequate supervision.
8. Attending regular meetings as agreed by the Client.
9. Ensuring responsible and effective management of all documentation requirements.
10. Liaise closely and professionally with the facility representatives in dealing with day to day operational matters.
11. Ensure regular reviews of the asset register are performed and ensure the register is managed and updated where necessary.
12. Co-ordinate Staff Rosters, timesheet sign-off, annual leave requests, manage sick leave in line with Policies & Procedures, staff queries and manage various ad-hoc internal documentation as required.
13. Input into monthly reporting following Services Requirements.
14. Liaise with the other Locality Hub Team Leaders on a regular basis and devise synergies between Hubs.
15. Perform ad hoc duties and other related tasks as assigned by the Locality Hub Facilities Manager.
This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
