William Grant & Sons are looking for an HR Manager to join our established Operational HR Team in Girvan. This is a key role in our organisation, where you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing effective HR support across the function.
Please note that this is a 12-month FTC.
Main Responsibility
With a focused approach to proactively supporting team leaders in the the OBU (Operational Business Unit) with a varied range of HR activity.
The role holder will be involved in recruitment, progression and succession, L&D and remuneration, to develop a high-performing organisation. You will be involved in managing organisational, people and management issues, with particular focus on practical advice in all HR matters, pulling in specialist support from Central HR as needed.

You will be a proactive, organised and detail-oriented individual. Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates that have strong excel & analytical skills, as well as a range of generalist HR experience and used to working in a fast paced environment.
