Lusona are currently recruiting for an experiencedPayroll Assistant for a client based in Glasgow City Centre. Our client is a well-established Chartered Accountants and are looking to recruit a part time payroll assistant on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll a broad range of clients
* Resolving pay related queries and liaising with clients regarding payroll matters
* Ensuring Payroll deadlines are met
* Preparing payroll reports and documentation
* Producing P60s
* Processing and completing multiple employers and employee pension schemes
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience of working within CA or Payroll Bureau
* SAGE Experience
* Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
* Confident with Excel and Word Microsoft Packages
This is a part-time position with hybrid working
