As the Executive Assistant to the President for Europe you will be responsible for a varied scope of duties with the ultimate aim of providing an exemplary organized service and logistical support to the President. We are looking for a resourceful and dutiful EA to ensure a faultless administrative service so that the President can make the best use of their time.
This role can be offered on a hybrid basis working 3 days a week from our European HQ in Erdington.
1. As part of this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the President to develop and maintain an in depth understanding of their activities and pro-actively plan the associated resources and support required.
2. Coordinate complex diary management and scheduling, ensuring that necessary actions and resources are in place as needed.
3. You will be experienced at booking travel and accommodation requests for the President and occasionally for other team members.
4. Undertake the producing and printing of documents and presentations for the president. Including the prioritization of legal documents which may require their signature.
5. Liaise with strategic partners to facilitate meeting and business actions and updates.
6. You will provide exemplary support to the EU Leadership Team, including the administration and organization of the EULT weekly meeting and action tracking.
7. Minute take in various meetings and tracking actions.
8. Process expenses.
9. Identify opportunities for creating efficiencies within internal processes.
10. Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the President.
11. Be comfortable maintaining multiple streams of communication within a matrix, global corporate environment.
