The opportunity to work for a well established company in the Birmingham area has become available for a Concierge Officer on a part time basis. This role is offering a long term temporary contract with great public transport links and the opportunity to positively impact your local community.
Concierge Officer
Monday to Sunday / Shift work
3 days a week (days/ nights) with overtime available
Birmingham (B19)
Temporary - 9 months
As a Concierge Officer, your main responsibilities will be:
1. To support residents living at our schemes in line with standards, policies and procedures
2. To deliver consistent and reliable customer service, which meets and wherever possible exceeds customer expectations
3. To identify and resolve any customer problem or complaints in a positive manner
4. To work with internal and external partners to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
5. To support the team to create sustainable tenancies and communities
6. To respond to any emergency occurring in the blocks/ perimeters
7. To provide a security service and caretaking service
8. To be successful as a Concierge Officer, you will need:
9. Good written and oral skills
10. Minor handyman skills would be ideal
11. Good knowledge of buildings and building services
12. Excellent customer service
13. Experience as a Tenancy support, estate officer, scheme assistant, scheme manager or resident support officer
You must be able to work flexibly between Monday to Sunday, days and nights.
