This is not a stereotypical Procurement role. We want someone who continuously improves and has a Lean Mindset. Someone who drives revenue performance and is strategic about the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Performance:
o Maximize Revenue: Ensure the best revenue performance by procuring the most engaging products.
o Seasonal Strategy: Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with seasonal trends and consumer demand.
2. Procurement:
o Product Selection: Identify and source products that will drive engagement and revenue.
o Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality.
3. Stock Management:
o Inventory Control: Oversee the selection and distribution of stock to field service engineers.
o Efficiency: Ensure efficient stock levels are maintained to meet demand without overstocking.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Performance Tracking: Use data to track and understand the performance of machines.
o Reporting: Generate reports that provide insights into machine performance and stock management efficiency.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Process Optimization: Continuously seek ways to improve procurement and stock management processes.
o Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to implement improvements and share best practices.
6. Team Dynamics:
o Energized Individual: Bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
o Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
7. Skills & Qualifications:
o Data Proficiency: Comfortable working with data and generating reports.
o Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
o Procurement Experience: Previous experience in procurement and stock management.
o Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
This role is ideal for an individual who is comfortable with data and reporting but also brings an energetic and team-oriented approach to their work. The successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance performance and efficiency.

Mon - Thurs 8.15am - 5.00pm
Friday 8.15am - 2.30pm
Remuneration
Base Salary £32,000 - £35,000
Substantial Performance Bonus can be achieved with agreed targets.
