Job Description:
A career as a Software Quality Assurance Intern allows you the opportunity to gain exposure and growth expertise on a wide palette of cutting-edge technologies while being involved in delivering business-critical projects. Our internships provide you with an opportunity to gain real world experience and make an immediate impact at HPE. You’ll get assigned meaningful projects, gain exposure to leaders, and connect with other interns. Key aspects of our internship program include learning and professional development, social and networking events, and volunteer opportunities.
Start Date : July 2025
What you'll do:
You will build and enhance your knowledge in software development methodologies, principles, practices, and the software development lifecycle. You will perform development activities within the team, including but not limited to:
1. Developing new features
2. Identifying, fixing, and documenting bugs
3. Participating in peer code reviews
4. Contributing to team knowledge base
5. Analysing and designing software and configuration changes
You will gain exposure and growth expertise on a wide palette of cutting-edge technologies while being involved in delivering business-critical projects. You will work closely with our QA, DevOps, Software Development engineers and architects.

6. Good working knowledge of Python is desirable.

All candidates must be enrolled in University and currently in their 2nd year of studies on a course that includes the third year having a placement in industry. Candidates must have achieved or to be on track for 2.1 or above. Candidates would be required to start their placement in July 2025 and stay in the role for 13 months. All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and Ireland.
