Education & Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Good all-round education
2. Pathways trained, or working towards (must also be able to meet minimum threshold of 200 calls per month, required to maintain proficiency in Pathways)
Previous Experience
Essential criteria
3. Experience with dealing with the General Public
4. Experience using a telephone as a regular means of communication in a work environment.
5. Supervisory experience
Desirable criteria
6. Experience in working in the voluntary or health sector
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
Essential criteria
7. Word Processing and IT skills
8. Geographical knowledge of Trust area.
Desirable criteria
9. Knowledge of First Aid
10. Basic knowledge of anatomy
