The Professional Development Manager will play a vital role in shaping the educational landscape of Wymondham and beyond. Reporting to the College, this esteemed position requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans for professional development across the College, aligning with the Trust's vision for excellence in education.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to design and deliver engaging training programs, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and creativity among educators and support staff alike.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £27,711-£30,060 per annum, plus a holiday pay allowance. Pro-rata hours include £22,247-£24,551 per annum.
Work Arrangements
• The successful candidate will work on a permanent basis, with 38.5 hours per week during term-time, plus one additional week. This provides a sustainable balance between work and personal life.
