Job Description
* Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Assist with investigations.
* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
* Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
* Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
* Work closely with the HR business partners and advisors to support across all portfolios.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ER Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in HR practices and employee relations.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
