My client, a reputable FM provider in Gloucester, is seeking a talented individual to oversee the delivery of facilities services across their portfolio.
About the Role; As a Facilities Manager, you will take charge of the day-to-day operations of multiple buildings, ensuring excellence in both hard and soft services. Leading a team of 15+ staff, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites in Gloucester.
Lead and manage a team of 15+ staff, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Manage both hard services (e.g., mechanical and electrical systems) and soft services (e.g., cleaning, security).
Oversee budgets, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.About You
Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong technical background.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of both hard and soft services.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Relevant technical qualifications or certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).What My Client Offers
