A Contractor is looking for a Trainee Document Controller to start with them.

This is a perm position based in Hampton.
Offering £30,000 - £40,000 salary!

Responsibilities: ...
5. Typing up letters and reports
6. Printing and photocopying
7. Ordering office supplies
8. Liaising with suppliers and contractors
9. Manage workflow of documentation on EDMS systems
10. QA manage all incoming and outgoing documentation and communication
11. Distribution of documents to relevant managers / project teams
12. Editing and amending documents for accuracy and compliance of client procedures
13. Creating reports and trackers on all communication of the project
14. Providing regular training on EDMS systems to internal and external staff
15. Drive and manage all documentation and the flow of information making sure
16. deadlines are met through the project EDMS
17. QA managing all documentation and communication
18. Attend site meetings
19. Preparing, organising and filing information in paper and digital form
The ideal candidate will have:
20. Excellent communication skills
21. Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
22. The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
23. Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus!
