Our client is looking for a proactive HR Co-Ordinator to be the heartbeat of their HR Operations team! Reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting employees across the business, ensuring smooth operations throughout the employee lifecycle.What You’ll Do:
* Be the first line of support for HR queries, expertly managing the HR inbox and ticketing system.
* Take charge of minute-taking in employee relations meetings, crafting frameworks, scripts, and documentation.
* Keep the HRIS system, HiBob, up-to-date with accurate employee data and perform regular data integrity checks.
* Guide employees and managers on policies and processes, from benefits to performance management.
* Manage flexible working, parental leave, and other essential HR processes, ensuring compliance and consistency.
* Support the rollout and administration of company benefits schemes.
* Collaborate on HR projects, data reporting, and compliance, always focusing on continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
1. Proven experience in HR Administration or Co-ordination.
