Property Manager
Overview:
Our client is a well-respected letting company in Falkirk, who is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Property Manager. Job Information:
* Salary dependent on experience
* Mon-Fri, 35hrs per week. Permanent, Full Time Position. Office based.
* 28 days annual leave
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Conduct property inventories, pre-tenancy checks, and exit inspections.
* Schedule and complete routine property inspections and manage void property maintenance.
* Liaise with the Maintenance team and Landlords regarding repairs, tenant requests, and consent.
* Handle deposit proposals, including collation of supporting quotes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous lettings experience and/or relevant qualification (LETWELL/Propertymark etc) preferred
* Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational skills
* Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
* Familiar with databases and MS Office
* Full clean driving license required
