* Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure a smooth running of the business.
* Providing quotes to clients, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the entire process.
* Proofreading and thoroughly checking documents are correct and accurate before sending out.
* Utilising the in-house system effectively.
* Processing orders through the online web portal.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience within administration, including excellent communication both written and verbal.
* The ability to update and maintain databases.
* Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively within the team.
* Great attention to detail and ability to update and maintain databases.
* Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Packages.
* An ability to work well in environments.
