Our client specialises in delivering underwater engineering solutions to the maritime industry, with a primary focus on supporting the MOD.
You will provide essential administrative during a peak workload period.
This is a 6 month contract running from January to June 2025.
Day to Day duties may include, but not limited to:
Raising invoices and PO's
Managing timesheets
Preparing job files
Preparing on-site documentation
Liaising with employee & subcontracted divers
Booking and planning hotels/flights
Keeping job file records up to date
Completing Reports
Attend Operations MeetingKey Requirements:
Strong administrative skills with experience in similar roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be benfefcial but not essential
Excellent organisational and time-management skillsContract Details:
Hours: Standard hours are 9:00 - 5:30 (though can be flexible)
Work Environment: Initially 100% office-based for training, moving to working from home one day a week after the training period (subject to agreement with the manager)Hourly Rate: £13/h PAYE plus £1.57 holiday pay. Holiday pay can be accrued or advanced
