We are looking for an immediately available experienced credit controller who is able to commit to a three month assignment at a well run and successful company based on the outskirts of Wigan. The client is flexible to hours (35 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve:
* Manage a diverse ledger
* Efficiently chase payments via telephone and e-mail, logging all calls
* Handle query management
* Keep systems updated
* Address invoice queries
* Send overdue letters
* Collaborate with internal teams
Skills Required:
* Proven experience in credit control
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
* Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
