Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Autism/Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students emotionally and help promote positive mental health.
* Help students achieve their academic goals, while also developing their social and life skills.
* Assist in managing challenging behaviors and implementing positive behavior strategies.
* Facilitate communication using tools such as visual aids, speech support, and Makaton.
