About the role:
You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:
* Provide support and advice to managers on all employee relation cases.
* Advise on issues such as discipline, capability, absence management, grievance, redundancy, redeployment, bullying and harassment cases through informal and formal processes.
* Advise on all employee relations aspects of change programmes working with HR colleagues as appropriate.
* Assist in preparation of cases for Hearing Panels and Employment Tribunals.
* Advise on risks due to employee relations aspects of organisational change including supporting managers and heads of service on restructurings, redundancy and TUPE transfers.
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
1. CIPD Level 5 Qualification.
2. Experience providing advice on employee relations issues.
3. Experience of Organisational Change Management...
