Concept are currently recruiting for an EPoS field service engineer based in the West Midlands / Worcestershire area to work directly for a convenience store chain
The Role:
Repair and breakfix of EPOS hardware
Installation and deployment of systems using correct and documented procedures
Data Cabling
Provide EPOS operational standards advice - Via Telephone, modem, Best Practice and / or training
Ensuring personal availability at all times required within defined territory(s
Holding adequate spares availability at all times within defined territory(s)
Compliance that all deployed / repaired systems are asset tracked and assigned to the correct customer
Ensuring non-EPOS PC based ordering systems are supported and available
Support the Helpdesk team as required
General administration duties
Communicate any observations of future potential issues which may arise from any IT system
Working Hours:
40 hours a week, predominantly Monday - Friday
1 in 3 weekends - Saturday + Sunday on call - 2 days off in lieu following week
Required Experience:
Previous experience as an EPoS Field Service Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Field Service Technician, Maintenance Engineer etc.
Package:
Salary £28,000 + company van + overtime available when working bank holidays
