Due to expansion our client is looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to join their growing business.

As the Accounts Assistant you will be providing financial accounting, administrative support for the Accounts team. Join this supportive and encouraging team to really become part of a special service you are providing the business.
You will be processing purchase invoices from internal and external suppliers, liaising with suppliers either by email or phone and be the first point of contract for external enquiries whilst providing administrative support to the accounts team and assisting in some of the month end duties.

As the Accounts Assistant you will be:
Process invoices and updating database
Dealing with suppliers
Reconciling statements and invoices
Posting online sales postings
Raising debit notes and chasing credit notes
Liasing with supplier and customer contact centre teams
Organising cheque and payments runs process customer refunds weekly
Send out remittance weekly
Review creditors lists
Month end petty cash reconciliation
