Are you an experienced financial services administration professional with report writing experience, looking for a part time role with varied responsibilities?
Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful IFA practice requires a professional and proactive Paraplanner and office manager to provide support to the Financial Advisers and general running of the office / business.
You will have technical paraplanning experience, but looking to utilise that in a role that covers general administration and running a small office and operational aspects as well.
Duties for this role will include:
* Letter of authority issue and chasing
* Chasing financial information from clients
* Provide outstanding customer service to meet expectations of clients, and colleagues.
* Timely and accurate processing of all client documents and returned queries to ensure that client’s needs are met.
* Producing suitability reports for advisers
* General administrative work and running the office
