They are seeking an experienced, dedicated and motivating English Teacher to cover Maternity Leave starting from September 2024. It is really important that you will be able to take the students through their GCSE’s to achieve the best possible results as your timetable will be majorily teaching GCSE level.
The school was founded in 1947 by Charles and Muriel Oxley and offers an inspirational environment in which to teach, set within the semi-rural area of Rainhill. They offer dynamic opportunities in learning, sport and extra-curricular activities, and a cohesive, supportive atmosphere for all staff.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
1. Location – Rainhill
2. Position – English Teacher
3. Minimum rate of pay – £120 per day
4. Hours – 8:15AM – 4:00PM
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
5. QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent Previous experience working in a UK school Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential) English Teaching experience desired
6. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
7. Hold Right to Work in the UK
8. Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to obtain a new one
9. Provide two professional references
