Macildowie is delighted to be working with a renowned business in Newport Pagnell. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Processing and entering invoices accurately and efficiently
* Managing supplier accounts and handling reconciliation
* Preparing and processing payment runs
* Assisting with month-end reporting and other finance tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
