Responsibilities
:

Taxpliance Oversight: Take charge of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of taxpliance tasks. This includes:
Reviewing corporate taxputations and returns, and handling related HMRC enquiries. Preparing deferred tax calculations, tax reconciliations, and disclosures for statutory accounts. Managing a quarterly payments schedule and issuing reminders. Addressing internal and external queries regarding taxputations.
2.
Tax Advisory Support: Contribute to various tax advisory tasks such as drafting EMI option documentation, EIS advance clearance letters, and supporting due diligence processes.
3.
Team Development: Play an integral role in the training and mentoring of junior staff, fostering a learning environment within the team.
Candidate Profile:
4. Qualifications: ACA or CTA certification preferred, with experience in corporate tax management.
5. Skills: Exceptionalmunication abilities, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Self-motivation and a profound interest in tax-related matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Alphatax are advantageous. Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
