Brown & Merry Estate Agency are looking for a Senior Mortgage Advisor Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join them in Watford.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Mortgage Advisor
10. Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
11. Take part in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships
12. You will conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day
13. Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers’ needs
14. You will also be attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Mortgage Advisor
15. Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
16. Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
17. Motivated to be successful
18. Always doing the right thing by the customer
19. Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
20. CeMap qualified or equivalent
21. Full UK Driving Licence
