Job Description:
This role will provide proficient personal assistant support to the Chief Data Analytics. It will be required to co-ordinate their activities and provide administrative support. This is a varied and challenging role which requires a high degree of flexibility, initiative, and confidentiality.

1. Effective diary management - emphasis on anticipating needs and understanding priorities
2. Travel and accommodation management and co-ordination
3. Timely management of expenditure via Concur, ensuring a thorough filing and reference system is in place
4. Meeting co-ordination, preparation, efficiency, and effectiveness
5. Co-ordination of data and preparation of relevant business reports e.g. KPIs
6. Managing routine one-off and recurring tasks, including resolving issues and implementing comprehensive solutions
7. Management and organisation of internal and external events e.g. conferences, meetings, events
8. Management and co-ordination of functional specific projects and administration

1. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
