An exciting opportunity for a full-time Admin Assistant role with our client, a growing manufacturing company based in Chessington. If you are a proactive and organised professional with excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute to gain some experience in a versatile and varied role, we want to hear from you! This is a fixed-term 6 months contract, with possibility of extension to perm.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide Support with internal and external communication
* Support the team with their daily operations and activities
* Provide Administrative Support to the team
* Finance and Administration: Handle expenses, simple finance issues, and liaise with accountants.
* Help coordinate travels, book flights and accommodation
* Correspondence: Type and compose various correspondence/review documents
* Publicity/Social Media: Engage in publicity and social media duties.
Requirements:
1. Language Skills: fluency in English - knowledge of Italian/French or Spanish is a plus
2. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows
5. Organisational Skills: detail oriented and great organisation skills.
