9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
My client is recruiting for an experienced administrator to work within their small, friendly office to handle a range of administrative tasks. This role will be temporary for around 4 weeks starting on 2nd January. Ideally you will be available on the 23rd December for a day’s introduction and training.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and outlook. You must also have excellent customer service and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer orders from start to finish
* Manage customer loans and returns
* Maintain product traceability spreadsheets
* Liaise with customers as necessary
* Prepare weekly shipped product overview
* Perform weekly stock take
* Maintain filing system and general document management
* Maintain IT back-up system
* Other administrative tasks as required
