Location: Outskirts of Horsham
Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Transport: Own transport required due to limited public transport

What You'll Do:
* Be the friendly voice that helps customers via phone, email, and live chat
* Provide expert advice and knowledge to ensure customers love their experience
* Process orders, handle returns, and manage any customer complaints with ease
* Update customer database efficiently
* Collaborate with various departments, including sales and ecommerce, to keep everything running smoothly
* Get involved in managing trade accounts and working with the accounts team

* Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude, eager to go the extra mile
* Ideally, you have experience in customer service
