Role:
1. Manage and oversee a professional procurement support service to stakeholders across each department
2. Manage the procurement pipeline
3. Ensure the accuracy and robustness of tendering documentation and templates
4. Procurement of high value, complex contracts
5. Ensure that the contracts & procurement software system data is accurate and up to date
6. Produce and implement procurement plans
7. Ensure colleagues are fully trained on PCR2023 regulations
8. Prepare and implement a procurement development plan
Person:
9. MCIPS qualification
10. Public Sector procurement experience
11. Demonstrable record of continual professional development
12. Significant experience in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
