Sales Property Sourcer

Here within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) we focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a safe standard of accommodation.

Due to extensive growth within the contract, we are expanding our Property Sourcing Team and are looking for someone with the drive and passion to make a difference to Social Housing. Ideally, you will come from a background in sales and or property (ie Estate Agency Sales/Lettings/Portfolio) and you enjoy working as part of a team, where you will identify and procure accommodation of the appropriate volume for AASC. Training and support will be provided in the role.
Key components of this role include;
1. Work with local Agents, Landlords and Investors to make them aware of the type and volume of properties that the AASC Contract requires
2. Build personal network in the areas to create a flow of properties to put forward to the AASC Contract (matching the Contract’s needs), forging strong relationships with property providers
3. Meet with potential landlords to discuss property requirements and identify prospects
4. Complete/check the required paperwork/forms for the property (including EPC, proof of ownership, planning permissions, meter readings, Local Authority Building Control applications and other related documentation.)
What you’ll need to do the role
First and foremost, experience in sales and or property sector/market. Yo will receive training and support in either skills if required.
It is essential that you have proven sales or property experience.
This is a critical, demanding role where you will utilise your sound commercial and business awareness to understand the context in which the business operates
This role requires a CRB (DBS) clearance.
Finally, you must have a valid UK drivers licence and you will be expected to travel to events on occassions.
