As a
Sales Advisor
based in
Kingston Upon Hull,
you’ll be responsible for: Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
And here’s what we’d like you to have: Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
Sales or customer service experience would be ideal
Merchant or plumbing and heating experience would be ideal, but not essential as training can be provided.
This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
