JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commissioning Engineer, Installation Engineer, Field Service Engineer - System Testing, HVAC, Water
As our Commissioning Engineer, you'll be performing field tests of HVAC systems using established CIBSE / BSRIA procedures. Covering the North of the country, you'll be commissioning projects across a range of industries such as sports facilities, prisons, and housing blocks, usually working on one site per day.
You'll join our team of 6 Commissioning Engineers and be working on LTHW / CHW / DHWS / Supply and extract ventilation systems, and be responsible for communicating equipment and/or performance deficiencies or recommendations. You'll also:
1. Analyse / adjust system performance for compliance with design documentation
2. Maintain equipment to ensure excellent working condition
3. Be required to stay away from home
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Ideally, you will already be an experienced Air Commissioning Engineer and will require very little training on what we do. Your experience will help you to guide and shape the careers of our junior engineers. You'll be able to stay away from home when required to complete the projects adhering to clients' timelines.
As our Commissioning Engineer, you'll:
1. Be an expert in Air Commissioning, and if you had water experience too that'd be great
2. Likely have CSA grading and ideally a CSCS card, but that isn't essential
3. Hold a full UK driving license
