Location: Nottingham NG1
Working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday or Monday–Thursday. The working hours will be set by thepany and will require flexibility.
Salary: £20,000 - £20,301 per annum.
Your new role
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will support the Facilities Manager on site and liaise with the wider team to enable and successfully meet the needs of the client and the business.
It will be your responsibility as Facilities Coordinator to liaise with the Facilities Manager on key operational issues, equipment and machinery requirements and assist with cleaning and site safety audits, ensuring they are carried out monthly and fed into the central report.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of facilities management service delivery, be able to resolve issues quickly and effectively, have proficient skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of CAFM tools, be a team player and have the required experience and skills to enable a smooth running of the contract.
Greatmunication skills are essential as this is a corporate environment where you will engage with many different stakeholders and clients, as well as experience working in a service environment. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are desirable.
