Tyrone in the hiring of an Accounts Assistant to join their existing team and play a vital role in keeping their operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Order & Invoice Management: Daily processing of sales orders and raising customer invoices. Managing purchase orders and ensuring invoice reconciliations are accurate and timely. Financial Oversight: Support credit control to maintain healthy cash flow. Handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accounts are up-to-date. Reporting: Prepare management reports to aid in strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Experience: Accounting Technician (Ireland) qualification or substantial experience in a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing sector. Proficiency in Sage is highly desirable. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office applications. Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
