Job Description – Project Administrator (Operations)
We are looking for a dynamic and organised Project Administrator to join our successful Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in coordinating the delivery of customer projects of varying size and value from start to finish with the support of other departments. Projects include residential, trade and commercial buildings.
* Liaise with customers and other external project coordinators to assess their needs and define project requirements and timelines.
* Be part of the team responsible for the project procurement and delivery process, following quotes, technical data and survey data with attention to detail when ordering required goods from suppliers.
* Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project journey has what’s needed at the right time.
* Coordinate tasks to department team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
* Be the liaison between the business and customer throughout the project life cycle.
* Be responsible for supporting the wider business success and credibility.
* Provide a high standard of customer service in line with the business core values.
* Review and support other business processes and make suggestions for change where suitable.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar position previously within fenestration or within the construction industry would be very advantageous.
* Project coordination experience preferable.
* Provide a high level of accuracy and precision to tasks.
* Must be organised, analytical, and methodical.
* Must be able to multi-task and prioritise workload within specific deadlines.
* Previous experience using CRMs and software systems.
* Microsoft Suite experience.
* Excellent customer service skills.
