What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Planning Manager, this role is responsible for supporting order scheduling and deliveries, ensuring that all parts and products are placed and received promptly. This position involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including Planning, Buying, and Logistics teams, as well as external suppliers, to effectively meet sales and forecast requirements.
Key administrative responsibilities will include:
1. Managing purchasing queries, chasing purchase order acknowledgement, expediting purchase orders, resolving invoice queries, and updating data within the ERP system.
2. Addressing quality issues and coordinating supplier return materials.
3. Providing coverage across the broader Supply Chain team during periods of annual leave.
4. Providing project integration support.
This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations within our supply chain function and requires a proactive, organized approach.
About You
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven administrative professional with strong Microsoft Excel skills who is eager to develop their supply chain expertise within a growing global organization. Familiarity with technical manufacturing or assembly environments and exposure to ERP systems, particularly MS Dynamics AX, would be advantageous, though not essential.
This position requires the successful candidate to be prepared for Security Screening to ‘SC’ level.
