SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary HR Assistant in Alfreton for a valued client who are looking for 8 weeks support.
This is a start before christmas through to the end of January.
£13.50ph, 40 hour week, Office Based, 1 day WFH.
HR Administration:
Support with day-to-day administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, contracts, and maintaining personnel records.
Assist in the coordination of employee benefits programs and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Ensuring that training schedules and records are kept up to date and organised.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide general administrative support to head office as needed.
Respond to general HR-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an HR role
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HR/Payroll systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
