Our client is a fast-growing logistics company specialising in freight distribution and warehousing for exclusive luxury brands. A new position has opened up in their Customer Service department, and they are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join them.
The successful Logistics Administrator will have advanced Excel skills especially Pivit Tables.
Logistics Administrator Duties:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the customer service department.
- Debriefing drivers
- Using external portals
- Investigating any issues from customers and internally
- Creating collections on the system and reporting any issues
- Inputting data and creating orders
- Producing reports depending on the business's needs
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Accurate processing of orders through our warehouse management system
- Maintain and monitor stock levels
- Making sure all invoices are submitted to accounts with the correct data and on time
- Producing Pre-invoices for customers
Logistics Administrator Skills/Experience:
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- A strong knowledge of Excel is a must - Pivot tables, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office Suite, and able to learn new systems
Knowledge of the logistics industry is desirable.
