We are actively seeking to onboard a new addition to the customer support team. This role combines customer service and customer retention.
This role will involve speaking to current customers who are at the end of contact with the business and planning and advising on continuing the relationship to retain the customers.
To suit this role, you will need experience managing high call volumes with clients, a problem-solving ability, and an active listening approach.
If you are a confident and clear communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and ensuring they receive a faultless service, this could be a fantastic role for you.
Previous contact center experience would be preferable, working on a dialler system.
This role, if based locally, would be 4 days WFH and 1 day in the office, or fully remote for the right applicants.
Responsibilities:
* Handling retention and renewals calls
* Data entry onto the system
* Objection and problem solving
* Dealing with queries and complaints
* Sending a high volume of emails
