Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 per annum
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
⦁ Foster positive relationships with customers.
⦁ Liaise with planning to ensure customers are informed of accurate and up to date delivery requirements.
⦁ Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment.
⦁ Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
⦁ Maintain accurate records and document service activities and discussions
⦁ Ensure customer schedules / orders are input onto system in a timely manner.
⦁ Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
⦁ Co-ordinate and manage customer service and logistics projects
⦁ Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
⦁ Arrange transportation, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
⦁ Maintaining logs of additional transport costs
⦁ Receives products and coordinates delivery
⦁ Ensures activities are met throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
⦁ Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles
⦁ Liaising with supplier to progress orders
⦁ Raising subcontract notes and booking not system
⦁ Reporting supplier data to management (TBC)
⦁ Some receptionist duties i.e. answering telephone
