THE JOB:
Day to day shift management
Development of the existing team
Deputising for the General Manager in their absence
Cashing up and opening duties
Hands on service support
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Min. 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager role in a Pub or a Restaurant
Eager to learn and share own knowledge with the team
Possesses a real passion for great food and service
Engaging and warm personality
THE PACKAGE:
30-32K + tips (experience depending)
45h per week on a 5 over 7 pattern (no doubles!)
Meals on duty
