11. To appoint a creative and inspirational Science Teacher
12. Teach across KS3&4
13. To implement, provide and engage pupils in an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum
14. To contribute to the school's provision of extra-curricular activities
15. To monitor and support the overall progress and development of pupils as a teacher/form tutor
16. To contribute to raising standards of pupil attainment and to ensuring that within the context of the school that value is added
