Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Advisor
📍 Location: Mallusk, Newtownabbey Belfast
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional Saturday, 9 AM - 12 PM, with time off during the week)
💰 Salary: £12 per hour
About the Role:
Join a market leader in a dynamic retail environment! We're looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to provide outstanding service and support to customers. No prior experience in health and safety or PPE is required - full training will be provided, offering an excellent platform to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone.
Promote products and services to meet customer needs.
Maintain a clean, organised store environment.
Process transactions and respond to inquiries using bespoke IT software.About You:
The ideal candidate will:
*Have previous customer service experience.
*Understand the importance of creating a positive customer experience.
*Possess strong IT skills and be quick to learn new systems.
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 6 months.
