About the Opportunity
Jacobs are recruiting for an experienced Training Coordinator to join. The purpose of this role is to provide service to Operations to ensure external training and company sponsored education is booked and reported on in a timely manner, thereby ensuring all eligible ECITB claims are made, accurate employee training records are able to be maintained and associated analyses completed.
1. Place orders for external training courses/education with 3rd party vendors
2. Receive vendor invoices and process in MyPayables, working closely with Accounts.
3. Ensure training certificates are received after employee training and are recorded appropriately.
4. Process commitments and claims in the online ECITB portal accurately and on time, according to ECITB processes, to maximise levy recovery
5. Perform routine data input/analysis accurately and efficiently
6. Use web-based platforms such as e3 Learning and the ECITB Membership Service Portal to input/interrogate data
7. Compile reports for the business on training as and when needed
8. Coordinate the twice-yearly Company Sponsored Education application and booking process
9. Manage the complexity introduced by the differing requirements of individual training/education providers, employees, regulatory bodies, external agencies.
Here's What You'll Need:
10. Experience in a consulting mode of working
11. MS Office Suite – Excel advanced (e.g., VLOOKUP)
12. Knowledge of learning management systems
13. Structured and organised with attention to detail
