Job Description
Aramark UK is recruiting for an IT Senior Data Administrator to join the UK business, on a permanent basis, reporting to our IT Service Desk Manager. As a Senior Data Administrator, you will manage the creation, maintenance and security of master data serving all UK applications. You will deliver a first-class service to the UK business and be involved in delivering and implementing change initiatives around business-critical data.
You will manage a team of Data Administrators to success whilst ensuring data governance and compliance is always adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the administration team’s day-to-day processes and data validation activities are delivered in a timely fashion
* Improving data entry and data quality requirements
* Manage data integrity and accessibility, ensuring consistent and reliable data across systems
* Build effective processes for the processing and validation of business-critical applications data management requirements
* Designs and implements master data concepts and standards across the organisation.
* Responsible for conducting periodic reviews of policy documentation and distribution
* Develops KPIs for data management back to the business.
* Ensure compliance against Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements are met across the organization’s financial applications and audits
* Assess and remove or where necessary escalate any unnecessary barriers to service delivery.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in a similar data led IT role
* Possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills combined with demonstrated team management capabilities
* Display strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
* Analytical mindset to assess and resolve issues effectively with an attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Expertise using Oracle, Service Now
