Salary £25,250 per annum
Full-Time (40 hours per week) - Mondays to Fridays – 8am-4:30pm

As the Front of House Receptionist no day is the same in this fast-paced, busy and varied role. As well as the background administrative tasks you will meet and greet our customers, making them feel at ease and comfortable. You will thrive on delivering exceptional customer service (adults and children) even under challenging circumstances.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. Greeting and welcoming customers in addition to supporting the customer journey throughout the centre right through to a thorough checkout
2. Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing local mailbox and emails
3. Ensure all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit – appointment packs (where applicable), clinical file preparation and consent forms
4. Effective results management (including receiving, scanning, and uploading) and follow-up of suppliers to ensure turnaround within the agreed SLA
5. Assist in bookings of mammograms and MSK referrals (where delivered at the centre)
6. Post – collect, open, date stamp, distribute incoming post, and post outgoing post.
7. Generate letters as required by the business.
8. Monitor stocks and order goods when required.
9. Process invoices/delivery notes as per Bupa policy
10. Play an active part in ensuring well-presented facilities
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
11. Administrative experience in a healthcare environment
12. Customer service experience and highly customer focussed.
13. Ability to prioritise workload and ability to separate the urgent from the important.
14. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
15. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
16. Good attention to details
17. Excellent team working skills and able to work collaboratively.
18. Adaptable to change
19. Pro-active and a willingness to learn
