Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Learning
Deliver inspiring and interactive Physics lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
Use innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding.Assessment and Progress Monitoring
Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and achievement.
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to students to support their academic development.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.Curriculum Development
Collaborate with the Science Department to create and refine the Physics curriculum.
Ensure all teaching aligns with national curriculum standards and school policies.
