Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Admin Clerk is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure the effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that municipal finances are accurate and up to date.
YOUR JOB - your tasks will include:
* Perform the day-to-day processing of financial transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
* Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
* Answer and follow up on all customer enquiries and on the phone.
* Adherence to the companies Policies and Procedures at all times.
* Perform other related duties as required.
YOUR PROFILE: Experience and Qualifications -
1. GCSEs or equivalent is required.
2. Knowledge of office management and bookkeeping procedures.
3. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining ledgers.
4. Strong numerical skills.
5. Computer skills including the ability to operate computerised accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level.
